Same here. Installed a new system and it connected during set up and now won’t find the hardware on the network.
WiFi works otherwise. I’ve used Orbi systems for years now and first issue with the app.
Please notice and resolve quickly, Netgear!

What Firmware version is currently loaded?

I was able to successfully update to the latest firmware via the app during initial installation before it stopped connecting thereafter. Product: NETGEAR - Orbi RBK753S AX4200.
Not sure of firmware number, but was a 'dot' release.
