Orbi app admin password/ full signal no internet

Orbi app admin password will not let me sign in. Net went down and was trying to sign in to check on things but could not gain access. Tried many solutions listed in previous discussion but nothing is working . I did a factory reset (twice) and it still says I have the wrong password. I also don't have internet, I get full signal but no connection. I can send/receive a text from a non cellular tablet but cannot access any websites or apps that use the internet.
