Orbi app admin password not working on new iPhone iOS 15

I got a new iphone and i can't log in to the app. Its asking for an admin password which I didnt set up and therefore, wont accept the security question answers.  But the app is still working on my old iphone.

 

If I reset the Orbi, will I have to input password on all devices again?

  • Reset the Orbi with exactly the same WiFi credentials and every device will connect automatically

  • Exact same issue.  This has to be tied to an update to have encountered the exact same issue in such close time proximity.  I'm a stickler with LastPass and have everything religiously saved.  No reason for it not to accept my password.  Also getting a weird 400 error when trying to access the router admin page via desktop.

         I didn't do anything but mine is working now.

  • What happens if you factory reset the RBR and setup the RBR using a web browser and PC? Walk thru the setup wizard and complete it and complete setting up the RBR. Once set up, open Orbi app and it will ask you to log intot your Netgear account first, then once you get past this, it will ask you to input the admin and password given when you walked thru the setup wizard for the RBR.
