Please draw up a diagram of the RBR, switch and RBS configuration.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What brand and model# is this switches you have in use?
What CAT# LAN cable is being used.
What mobile platform are you using? Android or Apple?
What model # phones or pads are you using?
Is this happening across multiple mobile devices?
Are the RBS wirelessly or ethernet connected to the RBR?
How many RBS are deployed?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Orbi Firmware 9.12.3.3
Switch is TP-Link TL-SG108-M2 2.5GB
CAT 7 for all wired devices connected to switch and Orbi
Apple iPhone Pro 14 and Apple iPad Pro with M2 chip and yes it happens on both phone and iPad.
I have one RBS which is about 35ft away and has a wired backhaul.
The system has flawless other than this minor issue.
My switch is right beside the RBR and has a 6” Cat 7 cable connected.
It seems like a App issue because the web interface shows they are connected.

Can you take out the switch and directly connect the RBS to the back of the RBR and check Orbi app.
Is WiFi Protected IP address disabled on the phones and pads?
Possible app issue....

I am not have any Wi-Fi issues. But I will disable it and reboot the system. Rebooted the system with WiFi protected disabled off and still the same issue. Disconnect and reconnect the Cat 7 cable for 30 seconds and Ethernet devices show online in the App. Has to be an App issue. It’s not a big deal because I know they are connected.
