Orbi App Android - Samsung S8

Bonjour

 

J'essaye d'utiliser l'app Android Orbi sur mon Samsung S8, mais je reste bloqué sur la page d'accueil de l'application, sans aucune autre possibilité que de quitter l'app.

 

J'ai installer l'App sur mon iPhone 7, aucun problème, à domicile ou en remote...

    Using google translate. :) 

    I would try uninstalling the app from your phone and then try reinstalling the app. You need to be connected to the orbi wifi (unless you setup remote management) for it to work.

      Thanks! For some reason I thought I was on the French version of the forum, it looks like not :D

       

      Anyway - I tried to uninstall, reinstall, seems to work better but still not perfect... I will follow up and update her in case it's fixed for good!
