Orbi App Android and Router Comm stopped

I've been using Orbi App for android and Orbi mesh router with satellite since March 2020. Everything fine until today, the app no longer finds the router in order to communicate. Tried uninstalling ...

May you provide us with the model number of your router and the current firmware version it's on. May you also provide the Orbi app version you currently have installed.
