Orbi app can’t find my router

Hi there I have the RB40 Orbi and for the last few days the app will no longer work on my iPhone it tells me it can’t find the router.

I have tried rebooting , reinstalling the app rebooting my phone but nothing works - I can still use the internet without any issues and the login to 19.168.1.1 works fine from my computer- I recently added static ips to some devices on my network maybe this is the issue?

Anyone got any advise - I could try adding the router again like a new device but worried I’ll loose all my settings like this

    Could you please make a screen shot of the message that comes up about not being able to find the router?

    Then, file a "Bug Report" by shaking the iPhone.  (Yes, this is how Netgear wants to hear about problems with the Orbi app.)
