orbi app cannot get device infor only shows number of connected devices.

Hi,

When I try to use the orbi app today, the app only shows the initial page. From here it can measure the internet speed, but it can not go to the page showing connected devices, although in the first page it shows the total number of connected devices.

The ipad's ios version is, 14.4.2 and the router firmware version is V2.7.2.104, the ipad orbi app is also downloaded fresh today.

Is it a known issue, does anyone have a fix for it.

    May you reinstall the Orbi app on your iPad and also install the Orbi app on a separate device to see if it produces the same results.
