Orbi app cant find router
My orbi app on my android phone was working fine up until 2 days ago. Now when try to sign into app it says it cant find network. Have rebooted several times. Reinstalled app several time but still get same message. Has anyone found solution to this problem.

My Orbi app has been working great for the last two years on my iPhone. Like you, in the last two days the app “cannot detect the device”. I deleted and reinstalled. Now I just get “WiFi not detected” even though I am connected and using the orbi! Makes no sense.
- Having the same issue. Says cannot find router, but I am connected to it. It is also running very slow since a couple days ago. Netgear, please figure this out asap…
