Orbi App can't remote access

I cannot turn on remote access thru the app and thus unable to remote access thru the app.  I have just set up the wireless network and this feature is the only thing that seems not to be working pro...

I was able to get this resolved.  However, I downloaded the app on a seperate Iphone and was able to turn it on.  Then on my android it turn on.  I'm not sure if re-downloading it onto my android would have fixed it or not.  I didn't get a chance to try it.
