Orbi App completely not working
Yesterday my app all of a sudden couldnt locate my RB50 router but could locate the 2 satellites. Got the grey light for router and green for satellites. I could also see all of my devices and intern...
FYI for Apple device users;
Others have reported doing a factory reset and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser first on the RBR, once it's setup, try accessing with the Orbi app.

Same thing happened last night. Orbi router got disconnected all of a sudden, then I unplugged the power source and it was back running after plugging it back in. But the app isn’t detecting the router anymore even with anywhere access. Although the network is working fine just the app not detecting. So has there been a solution to this. I don’t want to factory reset like other says I’m afraid it won’t even find the router ever again.
Only solution so far is factory reset. Total BS, and an inexcusable error by Netgear.
