Orbi App Does Not Work With Custom Wifi SSIDs

After changing the wireless SSID name on the netgear router (RBK50), the Orbi app cannot connect to the routers.    Is anyone able to get this to work?

What kind of strange SSID are you trying to deploy - SSIDs with UTF8 characters, SSIDs with Emojis, beyond of a..z,A...Z,0..9?

The wifi name does not have any strange symbols or characters.    The wifi name is within the a..z,A...Z,0..9 character range.

 

The app I am using is the android app.
