Orbi app doesn't recognize my iphone. Does not send push notification to verify.

Orbi app doesn't recognize my phone. Does not send push notification to verify.
 

 

 

When I click on "Try another verification method" it gives me an old email address that I no longer have access to, even though I have changed that email in my profile.  Called support.  They hung up on me and closed the ticket.  =(
