ORBI app for iphone

App doesn't work well. When I started first time it showed every device on the app but than I updated firmware and now half the devices do not show. Devices working well but app doesn't show. I have contacted tech support multiple times for help but no results. It is a software issue and apparently no one is looking into it.

any suggestion?

    Welcome to the community! We recommend performing a factory reset on the Orbi after a firmware update. May you also try reinstalling the Orbi app to see if there are any improvements.
