Orbi app homepage

Rbk20w app homepage top right has INTERNET:offline Satellites: 1 Is this normal for internet to be offline?

Hello Kbhockey10,

 

Welcome to the community! Does the same result reflect on the web GUI? Is the Orbi still connected to the network despite it stating offline on the Orbi app?

My app home screen says offline even though I can connect. The setup via the app was completed. My firestick says “connected to internet with problems” and my nintendo switch won’t connect either. Please help.
