Orbi app information different from Orbi web interface information

I have an RBR 50 router with an RBS 50 satellite and RBS 20 satellite. The router and 50 satellite for the last year or so, just added the 20 satellite two days ago. After hours on the phone with tech support, all seems well with a couple of issues. The phone app shows all products on the network but the network map has a red dot by the 50 satellite, green dots by the router and 20 satellite. That said, I don't notice any issues with connectivity. When I look at the router's web interface, the backhaul status for both satellites is "good". Any ideas why there is a conflict between the two or are the dots and backhaul status indicators unrelated? The other issue now is having to repeatedly reenter my log on info for the phone app. Didn't have to do that previously and it is annoying.
