Orbi App Keeps stopping

What Orbi model do you have? RBK###?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update using a wired PC and web browser to setup the RBR and not the orbi app?
updated Orbi app through Google Play. .. Now the app just stalls. Went in through browser and all is good. All devices connected, great speed, etc . But the app is broken.
Un-install the app, reboot the mobile device, then re-install it and check again?
Try installing the app on a different mobile device as well if you have one.
