Orbi app keeps timing out

Orbi app keeps giving me "Logon timeout error". This started happening all of a sudden, as there were no changes on my end.

Here's what I've done to try to resolve:

-Delete the app from my iphone multiple times, and it did nothing.

-Factory reset my orbi, and i was able to get into the app. However, the app discovered my orbi and i had to go through the setup again.

This is fine, and i noticed they had added a new "profile" option in the parental controls section called something like "always on". Ok, still fine. So i reconfigured all of my parental controls via the app. Everything was fine for a day.

Next day, back to the app giving me the timeout error on login. Netgear updated the app with the addition of the new field and now they screwed up the app and I can't get in or manage anything.

Worst part about all of this is it's a subscription and im redirected here to get support! WTH? It's an ongoing paid subscription! Maybe i just get rid of this damn thing and get a product that works and provides real support.
