Orbi App login issues
Using Samsung S21 Ultra. I had to factory reset my router (RBR50), and now cannot login to the app. The app worked fine before router reset. Access from a browser has no issues what so ever, and the router is working perfectly.
Everytime I enter the admin credentials at that step and hit login, it gives me an error message that the login has timed out. I've deleted the app numerous times, restarted the router numerous times and it's always the same error.
Any idea why it's doing that?

It might be worth deleting the Orbi app and re-installing it.
- Use the Android Settings... Apps... menu to delete the Cache and Data, then uninstall the app.
- From Google Play, reinstall the Orbi app.
- It is a bit confusing because the Orbi app requires the Netgear User login (typically email address and Netgear password) but sometimes auto fills "admin" in the User Name box. (no idea why).
- After that step, if it asks for the Admin credentials, those are "admin" and whatever admin password was defined during the setup.
