ORBI App Login Not Working
I’m about to take a sledgehammer to this garbage. The app is stuck in a loop of “admin” “password” and I cannot get past it despite resetting everything. Next reset is a re-boot via my size 11 EEE right foot!

After a Factory Reset (not simply pressing the Reset button inside that tiny hole), the credentials to access the Orbi web administration are:
user name: "admin" (which cannot be changed)
password: "password" (which the user will be encouraged to change)

Why can’t I log in to my router using the Orbi App? - NETGEAR Support
Whichever it is, the app is a crummy way of managing a router. Better done with a web browser and the graphical user interface (GUI).
Manuals are always a good place to start.
Visit the support pages:

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Look for the model number on the label on the device.
Check the section in the manual Manually set up the Internet connection

The app uses the Netgear login, which is the same as used by the community forum. The app may then ask for the Orbi web credentials, which are "admin" plus password.
Annoys hell out of me when the app does this after an update.
