Hello JPSantelli,
I understand that you have two different mesh systems you would like to be connected to your Orbi app. Both systems are connected to your Orbi app. However, there are times in which you may have to manually select the system that you are trying to connect to in the Orbi app.
Please try the following steps to resolve this issue:
- Navigate to Orbi app
- From the home page
- Select the Cloud icon on the upper left.
- Then select the second cloud icon on the upper left above the settings option.
- Now select the desired RBR850

Try a factory reset and setup from scratch with a ethernet connected PC with the RBR and press the reset button for 20 seconds then release. Navigate to http and 192.168.1.1 and walk thru the setup wizard.
