Orbi App Not Connecting even on Wifi

I've been having this issue for quite some time now where I need to delete the Orbi App and reinstall it in order for me to get into the Orbi settings from the app, even though I'm on the same WIFI network on my phone as the router.  

Is there some kind of setting that I need to adjust to stop this from happening?   App version is up to date as I re-installed it last night.
