Orbi App Not Connecting even on Wifi

May you provide us with the model number of your router and current firmware version its on? I would also recommend updating to iOS 14.2 if you haven't done so already.

I believe the firmware version is 2.7.0.28?
That is what it shows at teh bottom of the app when "Detecting Product" is on the screen
Apple iOS software is 14.1 but I do not see an option to upgrade as it says "Your software is up to date"
I reinstalled this app last week, worked fine for a week and now is having trouble connecting

Thanks for the info. May you reinstall the Orbi app again and check to see what version installs and provide the version number to me. I would also recommend rebooting your phone to check for the iOS 14.2 update.

Thanks for confirming. May you also check to see if you have local network access enabled. The article below will guide you on how to enable the local network access. You may also reboot your iPhone and check to see if iOS 14.2 is available for update.
