Orbi App not connecting to iPhone

Question

Wifi is working fine. I can not connect the App to the router to turn on/off my devices.

Deleted app and reinstalled multiple times, reset my router.

Haven't factory reset.

Can't connect though IP address in web browser or any of the netgear logins.

HELP!
