Orbi app not connecting to router
My Orbi app does not connect to Orbi Router giving message that 'Isauea connecting to my wifi network'. Orbi app setting are enabled, I have reinstalled app. The 'Connect via anywhere access' is able to connect on my data (after I disable wifi on phone) and I see my RBR750 listed. But when I click on it it says the RBR750 is disabled and does not open it.
I found that if I restart Orbi, then it connects but after few days I get same error. It seems that router service times out and becomes unresponsive. What is fix for it? Last time I tried few months ago, there was no patch available.

- I believe the error started to come after my trial version of anti virus shield and I did not renew it.
What FW version is loaded on the system?
Are you seeing this at home or remotely?
