Orbi App not connecting

I have an Orbi AX4200 mesh system. Installed over 2 months ago and today it updated the firmware and now the Orbi app cannot connect. I can still connect all my devices to internet but app won’t conn...

I’m having the same problem. My home system is working, but I can’t access the system through the app.

I ended up resetting the Orbi base to factory defaults. After that it now works.
