Orbi app not filtering

I'm on iOS app 2.8.5.15 and latest fw on Orbi...2.7.2.104 and Filter By is populated with 2.4, 5, wired, and all.  I ran into problems on the app before and tried re-installing the app, but the problem was still there where it didn't see some of the satellites or listed duplicate satellites.  Most likely it is a problem with the router.  Try rebooting the router and all the satellites.  If it still doesn't work properly with the app, try a factory reset as a last resort.
