Orbi App not finding router
I have the Orbi RBR50v2 and it has crashed a couple times recently and in doing so, I lose all control of my settings/orbi app etc. Kind of a known issue. Just did a factory reset and I can pull up the settings on the web BUT the app won't connect and i've done all the tricks (deleted app, rebooted phone, turned off limit tracking, stood on my head and recited passages from the Necronomicon etc) and nothing is getting the app to find my router. Not a huge deal BUT since that is how the Circle parental controls app controls the internet, I can't use that feature and with two teenage boys who love to stay online all night if they could, having that feature is very important. Any ideas?

While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.
SMART Wi-Fi, General and Legacy Routers does not cover the Orbi range.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
Orbi - NETGEAR Communitiesand
Orbi App - NETGEAR Communities
You might like to search there for messages related to your problem.
Just did a factory reset and I can pull up the settings on the web ...I assume ythat you mean the browser graphical user interface (GUI). It isnl't "on the web" as most people know it. The GUI is just a way of showing you the local controls of your devices.
In the meantime you could visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
Check for various troubleshooting tips.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
