Orbi app not showing offline devices.
I recently purchased an Orbi 772 system and noticed with the latest app update that the Devices screen no longer shows offline devices so I can delete them. They also don't show in the web portal but...
Does the web portal have the Security Menu, Access Control. On older Orbi routers, there are tables of devices that are not connected. If Access Control is enabled, those tables can be cleared.
It does not. There is a Security tab but when you go in there, it has a message pointing to the app which only shows online devices.
How strange. The user manual on pages 50-51 shows the Access Control page as having these tables:

Are Smart Parental Controls (SPC) enabled on this system?
- They are not but on the iPad version of the app, the UI isn’t updated and I can view and delete on that view. I am guessing the iPad app hasn’t yet been updated.
