I’m having the same problem, I purchased the new AX6000 RBR852 and says no devices connected when looking at both router or satellite on the network map. Paid $699 for this product and the app doesn’t even work. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

Suggestions:
- Use the web interface instead of the "app".
- Post about the app in the community forum devoted entirely to the "app", rather in this forum where most of the people who check the forum appear to be more comfortable with the web interface. The app forum is here: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-App/bd-p/en-home-orbi-app
