ORBI App on Android Tablet does not see satellite extender.

I have the RBR50 with RBS50 satellite. In the app, the satellite is shown as not connected. But when I go into the router itself from the connected desktop computer, it show the satellite is working and any devices actively connected to it.

 

The app asks me to search for the satellite, but cannot find it. In short, the app says I have a problem that I don't actually have.

    Then I'd ignore it. 

    Sadly, the app hasn't been that impressive to me. 

    If its working as it should and showing correct through the browser, I'd trust that
