ORBI APP on Iphone will not connect with Anywhere Access

I have been unable to access my router -  I have an ORBI router RBR750.  I ihave iphone x max ios 14.7.3 beta.  I try and access through the orbi app.  doesn't find the router.  I try Connect via Anywhere access - says connecting to "rbr750"  states device is offline.  but wifi is working.  need help as this just started in last month and I use this to shut down wifi for kids.  need to be able to get into router.  Have tried IP and the orbilogin.net and .com - no success.

    May you reinstall the Orbi app and check to see if your router is due for a firmware update.
