Orbi app says I am offline but internet still works

Question

My Orbi app says my router is offline but the sattelites work fine. Every couple of minutes my wifi speeds seem to drop from 70 to sometimes no internet at all. I have tried resetting everything, changing the ntp server to time.nist.gov, turning off trafic meter, disabled daylight savings, disabling daisy chaining and I cant seem to solve this issue. What mobile platform are you using?&nbsp;
What is the app version your using?&nbsp;
&nbsp;
Try removing the app and re-installing it.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
If on Apple, be sure to disable WiFi Private IP address as well:
