Orbi App says my satellite is not connected even though I know it is
So I got the Orbi 5G router and satellite combo a week ago. It’s been mostly great until the last day or so where all of a sudden it will no longer show the satellite in the app (says 0 of 1 satellit...
Was having similar issue and what I finally had to do was reset the entire system, reload the firmware on all the hardware (satellites and router),and set the system up from scratch. I went through at least 8 firmware upgrades and downgrades and always used backups to get up and going again but finally did a fresh setup this morning and so far everything is working like it should and did when I got the system over a year ago. I know it’s a pain to do but might be worth trying. Another issue I ran into while doing this is that the only browser I was able to use to log into the satellites was Edge, which makes absolutely no sense, but I tried Safari and Firefox for over an hour without success and Edge worked without issues.
