Orbi App Security - Unknown Error - solved

I took some time Netgear Support to solve this problem , but finally succeed.
I looked for any solution in this community , google etc but i didn't find.
I don't remember when the problem started. When i bought Armor subscription it has worked perfectly for few years. Maybe after some upgrade, or after new Armor subscription. But when Unknown Error appeared when I choose Security in Orbi App - so I couldn't fix it. New window with "Unknown Error" and only OK button.
I did almost everything: factory reset of routers and manual configuration, Orbi App clear , uninstall and install etc.
I changed also ORBI system (old one RBK50v2 to RBK850) Nothing helped. Problem was still the same.
Together with Netgear Support after few weeks of debugging the reason was in my Netgear account. Only suppport can do some cleaning in your account in Claud. I probably have some problem with name (not only english letters) or difference between Netgear account name and Armor account name (this was visible probably only during account creation , after this only email is visible - so you cannot verify )
So I hope that someone who have similar problem (unknown error in security part) save some time or save nerves.

Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
