Orbi App Unable to Send Text Verification

When the Orbi app prompts me to log in and I enter my credentials, it request to do a verification either via text or email. When I select the text option and hit continue, the app doesn't do anything. It just stays on the screen. It works fine if I choose the email option, which is workaround. I would like to be able to use the text option to verify.
