Orbi app using RBR50 in AP mode PAUSE/RESUME function

I'm using RBR50 v2.

Does anyone know why NetGear has the Pause/Resume function disabled in the Orbi app for AP mode?  When will NetGear enable this feature for the AP mode users?  Is there a work around?

Going to router mode is not an option for me.  I'm using a modem/router and it's best to use the Orbi in AP mode.  I tried running in router mode and the app has a lot more features for router mode users.
