Orbi App will not let me assign devices to parental control profiles

Hello myyrdin,

 

May you reinstall the Orbi app and check to see if your RBR50 is due for a firmware update.

    I deleted the app and reinstalled.

     

    It indicates that there is an issue checking for firmware updates.

     

     

    App version 2.7.4.1

     

    Router Firmware:  V2.7.0.70

      I manually updated the firmware to 2.7.2.102 and I still have the same issue.  The parental controls app is not useable in this state.  Please advise.
