Orbi App will not let me assign devices to parental control profiles

I deleted the app and reinstalled.
It indicates that there is an issue checking for firmware updates.
App version 2.7.4.1
Router Firmware: V2.7.0.70
I manually updated the firmware to 2.7.2.102 and I still have the same issue. The parental controls app is not useable in this state. Please advise.

You may you factory reset your Orbi router and run through the setup assistant again using the Orbi app. We also recently a released a new Orbi app version for iOS (version 2.7.6.3). May you reinstall/update the Orbi app.
