Orbi App

I have an Orbi system that I just installed in my house: one router, one satilite and one outdoor satilite. It works wonderful in all reguards accept the app. It will not allow my husband to sign on to the app from his iPad. It works fine on my iPhone. He created his own Netgear account and can get the iPad to connect to the system but when it comes to the admin credicials it will not allow him to use them even though he is typing them in correctly. How can we get him on the app so he can use it?
