Orbi App
Hello, via the Orbi app can I give a device such as my hue lamp access to Wi-Fi but not the Internet? I see an Internet switch under devices that tells you which devices are connected to which satellite or router. Wondering if this is the option? Thx

That is what the app says, but I have no idea what it "means". It should be easy to try. "Pause" some device and see if can connect to the internet. (Pick the wife's iPad. NO - just kidding!)
This may not accomplish what you want. My experience is that these "Internet of Things" often open a connection to the manufacturer "cloud server" so that when you use their app to make a change, the connection is actually through their cloud, not direct from your smartphone to the IoT device. That's probably easy to test, too.
- bgoldsmAspirantSaid a lot but not sure you answered the question. Thanks anyway!
- True. I have since learned that. "Pausing" a device definitely removes internet access (because I did it by accident).
Please let us know what happens when you "pause" some smart lights or a smart plug.
