Please help! I'm so frustrated! I can't login into my Netgear Orbi App! I KNOW the password I have typed in about 3000x is correct, but the app keeps telling me my login failed and to re-enter passwo...

Yes I understand that the Netgear site login is different than the app login. I CAN login to the Netgear site, but can not login to the Orbi app.

Wire connect a PC to the router and factory reset the router using the back push pin button. Hold it in until the top led turns on AMBER then let go. Power OFF the ISP modem for 30 seconds than back on. Wait for the WHITE led to slowly pulsate on top of the RBR, then log in to orbilogin.com using a web browser and walk thru the setup wizard. This time write down all important information for safe keeping later on. Then try connecting the Orbi app to the Orbi system and use same admin and PW you set on the RBR to have the Orbi app log into the system.

Try 192.168.1.1.
Be sure to clear our all browser caches.
Try a different broswer, IE11, Edge, Firefox or Opera GX works well.

FURRYe38 i am not trying to change the username I'm just trying to login as Admin username like I have all this time. This problem started a couple weeks ago. It always logged me in with Touch ID and now requires me to put in a password.
