Orbi app
Orbi app does not detect my 3 satellites anymore ( only the router) while the satellites are working normally. Moreover, orbilogin.net detects the presence and functionality of the 3 satellites. Installing the orbi app again does not help my out. What could be the problem here?

Are the satellites using a wired backhaul or wireless backhaul?
- The satellites use a wireless backhaul. I am not aware of a recent update of the app. I noticed that there are other users encountering the same problem, I.e. the app does not show the actual situation of the WiFi system, not detecting the présence of in line satellites
So if its showing it through the browser but not through the app, tends to indicate an app issue. And sadly, nothing the forum can help with but maybe the mod's/engineers might see the frequent posts.
