Orbi App
We had problems with the Parental Controls on our Orbi as it constantly got reset to None. Could not figure out the problem. Then, last night, we learned that my daughter installed the Orbi App on her phone, so she was probably the one who was resetting the Parental Controls to None - so she could watch all the YouTube and Netflix she wanted. I can see all the devices connected to the Orbi. Is there a way to find out how many devices have the Orbi App installed and which devices?

She knows the email/password used for the app? Oh, dear.
Have seen no evidence of that info. Sorry.
You need to change the user account PW for Orbi app and then also change the admin log in PW for the router as well. Keep this to your self and Orbi app on your device. If she tries to install Orbi app and get in, then she shouldn't be able too at this point.

Thank you FURRYe38! Thank you for the suggestion, appreciate it! Will try it. Apparently Orbi/Netgear does not allow you to see which devices downloaded/connected to Orbi App. Hopefully Netgear will enable this feature one day as I'm sure many users will find helpful. Thanks!
Not sure if that something NG may want to engage. Though I could see it maybe helpful, also some may find it too much.
Hopefully all this helps you get control over the childs networking abilities.
