Orbi app/admin not working-patch request

Model: RBR850 V4.6.8.2My Orbi app/admin is no longer working. Not able to see devices. Heard customers could receive a patch instead of doing the factory reset. What is the process to receive a patch?Gives a firmware check error when I attempt to check for firmware updates.Thanks in advance!
