Orbi AX4200 (RBR 750)
Trying to figure out why I can no longer control individual devices on the Wifi. Upto a couple of weeks ago I was able to turn on/off devices, set time limits, etc. Can't do it anymore. Not sure what...
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Any changes in FW recently?
How were you controlling your devices? Access Controls? Orbi app or Smart Parental Controls?
- Through the Orbi and Device Manager which lists all the devices on the WiFi. It was so easy to hit the pause and I pause button, but now none of the devices respond. Even pausing all the devices doesn't work.
Was the Orbi app recently updated?
What platform is the app installed on?
Does this happen if you install Orbi app on a different mobile device?
- I actually uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it. I have a Pixel Pro 7. I'll have to try it on a different phone.
- Firmware v7.2.6.21. Don't know when the last firmware update was.
