Orbi AX4200 Speed Test Disparity Issue

Question

I have a recently installed an Orbi RBR750 AX4200 that when tested for speed on different devices is getting significantly different speeds. For example: From my iPhone just running a simple speed test I got a Download speed of 17.3Mbps and upload speed of 0.89 From my MacBook Pro running the ISPs speed test I got a Download speed of just 2.4Mbps and upload speed of 0.5 These tests were run at the same time and according to the ORBI App are both connected to the RBR750 5GHz. A minute later when I run the speed test in the Orbi App it comes back as 12.98 Download speed and a 0.75 upload speed. What can cause such a crazy variation in speeds?
