Orbi ax6000
Hi From Orbi app when I click on security tab I get verifying account information….. Then I get a message unknown error All I can do then is click on and return to main page Any ideas on removing...
What ax6000 do you own.
It is not a reliable guide to model number. Many devices come with an AX tag, but it is essentially a label that Netgear, and other brands, attach to hardware to describe wifi speeds.
Look at the label on the device for the model number.
And what App is this? iOS? Android? Orbi? Nighthawk?
You might also try the appropriate section for your system.
