Orbi ax6000

Hi From Orbi app when I click on security tab I get verifying account information….. Then I get a message unknown error All I can do then is click on and return to main page Any ideas on removing...

What platform are you using Orbi app on? Apple or Android?

What OS is loaded on the mobile device? 

 

What FW is loaded on the 8 series orbi system?
