Orbi iiOS app non longer allows me to authenticate

Question

I’m no longer able to authenticate to my Orbi rbr50 mesh system using the iOS app for the last few months. I get an error “logon timed out, please try again. If this issue persists, try rebooting your device”. Which I’ve done multiple times with no success.

I can login to the web admin interface using the same credentials without a problem. Orbi app version is 2.44.0 and Orbi system version is 2.7.5.6. Known issue?
